onions in a rich brown gravy. Served with buttermilk bisquits.

Hot Roast Beef Sandwhich.
Just like the old days at Uncle Bob's Diner. tender sliced roast beef, served open face
on Texas toast in a red wine demi glace. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and the vegetable of the day.

Broccoli Mac & Cheese
Macaroni, with fresh broccoli, all baked togethr in a four cheese blend creamy sauce.
